RETURNS, EXCHANGES & COMPLAINTS

We offer 90-day hassle-free returns! To start a return, visit our returns portal at dragonflybrand.com/a/returns. Enter your order number and email address, select the items you want to return, and follow the steps. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Please make sure the package includes at least your order number or the name used for the order (ideally written on the package near the shipping address). Otherwise, we cannot guarantee identification of the package or smooth processing of the return.

Exchanges are handled through the same returns portal at dragonflybrand.com/a/returns. Exchanges are possible only for the same product style/cut, however you can choose a different size or color based on your preference. Simply select the item you wish to exchange and indicate the preferred variant in the portal.

Once we receive your return, we have up to 14 days to process it. If approved, the refund is automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit on their end.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@dragonflybrand.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the issue — the more photos provided, the better. Please also include a photo of the product packaging the item arrived in, with the product code clearly visible. We'll prioritise your case and make it right.

Custom products and special orders cannot be returned. If you have doubts about a specific item, please get in touch before ordering at info@dragonflybrand.com.

If such an item is sent back to us, it will not be accepted for a refund and can be shipped back to the customer.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

First, check the shipping confirmation email you received — it contains your tracking number. You can also track your parcel directly on our Track & Trace page at dragonflybrand.com/pages/track-trace.

Please also check the product page on our website to confirm whether you ordered an in-stock item or a made-to-order item. Some products are in high demand and are sewn for each customer continuously, which means dispatch and delivery may take longer than standard in-stock items.

Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email sent when your order was dispatched. You can also check it in your account under My Orders. Use our Track & Trace page at dragonflybrand.com/pages/track-trace to follow your parcel in real time.

Yes — orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. The shipping confirmation with your tracking number is sent once the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you don't receive it within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@dragonflybrand.com.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Czech Republic: 1-2 business days (GLS)
  • Germany & Austria: 1-2 business days (GLS)
  • Rest of Europe: 1-5 business days (GLS)
  • Switzerland: 1-3 business days (FedEx)
  • UK: 1-3 business days (FedEx)
  • USA & Canada: 2-5 business days (FedEx)
  • Worldwide: 1-7 business days (FedEx)

Please note that carriers usually count the shipment transit time starting from the next business day after the parcel has been collected and officially accepted into the carrier’s system.

SIZING ADVICE

Each product page has a link to our size guide at dragonflybrand.com/pages/size-charts. We recommend measuring your chest, waist and hips in centimetres and comparing to the chart. Our clothing is designed for active movement, so if you're between sizes, going up one size will give you more freedom of movement and comfort.

For pole dance and aerial training, we generally recommend sizing up for greater comfort and mobility. The exception is our compression shorts, which will stretch slightly after a few wears — in that case, sticking with your usual size is fine.

Our Junior collection is designed for kids. We recommend using our size charts and going by height and chest measurements. Check the Junior size chart at dragonflybrand.com/pages/size-charts. If unsure, feel free to email us at info@dragonflybrand.com with the child's height and weight.

Dragonfly activewear is cut for training and performance, which can feel snugger than everyday clothing. This is intentional — the fabric is stretchy and designed to move with you. If the fit doesn't work, you're always covered by our 90-day returns policy.

SHIPPING — WHERE DO YOU DELIVER & HOW MUCH?

EU customers: no customs apply.

UK customers: no duty applies on orders under 135 GBP (approx. 155 EUR).

For orders shipped outside the EU above these thresholds, local customs duties or handling fees may apply — these are set by your local authorities and are outside our control.

If you refuse a delivery due to customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the goods value only, minus fulfilment service fees and shipping costs.

During major sales (Black Week, Summer Sale, Spring Sale) and new product launches, free shipping is available to EU, USA and selected country customers on orders over 25 EUR. The free shipping threshold for regular orders is 90 EUR.

DISCOUNT CODES — NOT RECEIVED OR NOT WORKING

The welcome email with your 10% discount code is sent within a few minutes of subscribing to our newsletter. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at info@dragonflybrand.com and we'll send it to you manually.

The most common reasons:

  • The code is valid only for specific products or a minimum order value
  • The code has expired — check the validity date in the email
  • The code has already been used (most codes are single-use)
  • The code cannot be combined with other active promotions or already-discounted items

If none of the above apply, please contact us at info@dragonflybrand.com and we'll investigate.

Enter your gift card or voucher code in the 'Discount code' field at checkout. If the code doesn't work, contact us at info@dragonflybrand.com with the code and the date it was issued. If the voucher was received as part of a giveaway or competition, please also include the name of the competition or campaign, as this helps us locate and verify the code more quickly. 

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS

This varies by model and is always stated on each product page. Sports bras do not come with pads included, but most styles (such as Nicole and Lisette) have openings for pads so you can add them yourself if you prefer. Lace versions of Nicole and Lisette do not have pad openings. Also, compression-style tops do not include pad openings. Always check the product page for the specific item you're interested in.

As the manufacturer, we continuously and with care produce our items to restock them as quickly as possible. Estimated dispatch time from the date of order is shown on each product page above the order button in orange text.

Please reach out as early as possible, rather than close to the event date, so we have enough time to properly review the proposal and refine the details together. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dragonflybrand.com or call +420 777 500 441 with your order number. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, we can no longer make changes — but you can return the item under our 90-day returns policy.

Contact us immediately at info@dragonflybrand.com with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we can update it. If it has already been shipped, the parcel will be delivered to the original address and you may need to arrange a return and reorder.

In many cases, carriers also allow the recipient to redirect the parcel to a pickup point or parcel shop directly through the carrier’s tracking system. This must be arranged by the recipient, who can also choose the pickup location that best suits them. This often increases the chance of successful delivery on the first attempt.

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@dragonflybrand.com with your order number and discount code. We'll do our best to apply it, though we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
